Return & Refund Policy

At PowerKart.in, we aim to ensure safe and reliable delivery of all products. Please read our return conditions carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the original packaging is unopened, sealed, and unused.

  • If the product packaging is opened, return and refund will not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned in original condition with all accessories and documentation.

2. Defective Products

  • If a product is found defective and informed within 5 days of delivery, it will be replaced free of cost.

  • Clear photos/videos must be shared as proof.

  • If a defect is reported after 5 days, the product will be handled as per the applicable warranty guidelines and may be repaired (not replaced).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened lithium batteries, inverters, custom battery packs, and installed products are non-returnable.

  • Damage due to improper installation or misuse is not covered.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund timelines: 5–10 working days after approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
