1. Shipping Coverage

PowerKart ships products across India, including:

  • Metro cities

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities

  • Rural locations (subject to courier availability)

For remote or special locations, delivery timelines may vary.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Custom-built battery packs or made-to-order products may require 3–7 working days for dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is shipped.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Product weight & dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Courier partner availability

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available for:

  • Selected products

  • Promotional offers

  • Orders above a specific value (if applicable)


4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 working days

âš  Heavy products like solar batteries, inverters, and lithium battery packs may take slightly longer due to special handling requirements.


5. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • Xpressbees

  • Transport services for heavy industrial consignments

For large ESS batteries or bulk B2B shipments, surface transport may be used.


6. Packaging Standards

We take extra care in packaging:

  • Lithium batteries are packed as per safety norms

  • Fragile items are securely cushioned

  • Heavy inverters & batteries are reinforced with industrial-grade packaging

All shipments are quality-checked before dispatch.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3 working days, contact us.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Transport strikes

  • Courier operational delays

PowerKart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.


9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Do NOT accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged.

  • Take clear photos and videos immediately.

  • Inform us within 24 hours at support@powerkart.in

Failure to report within 24 hours may affect claim eligibility.


10. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct.

  • PowerKart is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply for returned parcels.


11. Bulk / B2B Orders

For:

  • Solar project supplies

  • Bulk lithium battery packs

  • Dealer/distributor orders
